Sunny Seattle Townhome
I was thrilled to get a call from a successful local agent who got my name from the SantaPaws photos I did this past holiday. She had recently taken over the listing of a condo nearby that had been sitting on the market and wanted to have it photographed right away. The townhome was very nicely staged and completely photo-ready when I arrived. And the icing on the cake was the light, which was lovely on this unexpectedly sunny winter day and the southern exposure gave a warm daylight glow to each room. It was a joy to photograph these interiors! I’m happy to report that this property went pending very soon after listing and closed quickly.
