Pro Photos Make All the Difference
This home is a perfect example of why you should never judge a book by it’s cover! Nestled just north of Seattle in a quiet, wooded neighborhood of Shoreline, sits this unassuming mid-century rambler. Being on a cul-de-sac and tucked under tall cedar trees, it’s rather easy to miss. But what a fabulous job Windermere agent Heidi King and her stagers did with the inside! It was a fun home to photograph and we all (agent, sellers, photographer, stager) were very happy with the imaging results. The perfect furnishings to accent the space led potential buyers to envision it’s potential. This house went pending in only 3 days with folks lined up early outside before the first weekend open house. Never underestimate the value that staging and professional photography bring to a listing!
