Tall, Dark & Handsome

This handsome property with its dark exterior color palette and elevation off of street level was the perfect candidate for an aerial drone shot at sunset. Living on the West coast seasonal changes bring their own challenges each year and wildfires were a significant obstacle this summer. I’m grateful that I live far from any imminent danger from the flames - it was the smoke that came in a sat stagnant for days and weeks that made for difficult photo conditions. This particular shoot fell on a day of dense smokey air when it was ill-advised to spend much time outdoors. Despite the unfavorable conditions, I think these images turned out well and the home was under contract with a new buyer in under a week!
