Lakeside in Lynnwood
A string of unseasonably sunny weather was the perfect time to photograph this home near Marth Lake in Lynnwood. Although it was a rather chilly day, the late afternoon sunlight lit up the lake to highlight the lovely views this home has from the balcony. With lovely staging and fun paint colors in each room, this was a fun property to shoot. Even better for my clients, this listing went pending after only a few days on the market!
